This site has been set up by a large group of MRI Construction owners who intend to expose the liars, crooks, con-merchants and blackmailers who are members of and run a Forum/Site called MRI-SG.
It has been clear to us for some time that the intention of their site is to post lies and inaccurate information so as to do as much damage to our investments as they possibly could. Many of us have bought in the Aspen developments (built by MRI) in Bulgaria and have had to put up with the lies and rumours these MRI-SG crooks have been posting on forums across the internet.
We won’t repeat the utter nonsense they have posted but will name and shame the individuals who run the MRI-SG forum, and the members who spread the lies. At the core of the MRI-SG is a group of crooks that continuously post lies advising people not to complete their purchase at the developments we have purchased in.
We will expose all of them, who they are and what their real intentions are.
The vast majority of the members of MRI-SG are not even owners at MRI Construction Projects. We will tell thetrue stories about the likes of Tracy Carrington, Pamela East, Jan Bramwell, Carol Timewell, Goodson, Neil Eaton, also the crooks behind the Aspen Refund Group. Then there are those who claim to be ex-MRI agents like Hammer, Mayo Tom, Leon McAvoy and many more. We will expose the true story about the convicted felon who runs the furniture company in Bulgaria they recommend on their website.
Many of our group became members of MRI-SG to find out exactly what their purpose was. It became crystal clear that it was a vendetta against MRI Construction. The MRI-SG Group is made up of ex-employees, competitors, crooks who want to take your money for furniture, property, and management fees, as well as ex-clients of MRI who blame everybody else for the state of the market.
Our group cares deeply about our investments and the future of our developments. We are pleased with our purchase and think the Aspen projects are great and very nicely finished. The entire MRI-SG site constantly talks about MRI Construction, yet the vast majority of MRI-SG members don’t even own any property in MRI Construction projects.
During the next week we will be posting the true stories about the owners and operators of the MRI-SG Site. We will be posting the true identities of members of this group, with their anonymous postings and the lies they have written.
Should any member of MRI-SG wish to be excluded from our expose they should email us with a detailed explanation of why they should be excluded. We have also written to MRI Construction with a full disclosure of what our intentions are and asking them to join us in a lawsuit against the individuals who are responsible for this sham of site.

1. MRI-SG Shame
The proud owners of the MRI-SG site displayed the name, address and home telephone number of the CEO of MRI Construction. This resulted in pedophilia and sexually explicit material being delivered to his home. His young children were exposed to this material as it was delivered. His family also received anonymous telephone calls offering the same type of goods. We understand the police in the United States are investigating the matter, as it is of course a Federal crime.
Needless to say, the responsibility lies with the operators of the MRI-SG site for allowing his personal details to be posted. Their vindictive actions serve no purpose other than to cause damage.
When the MRI-SG was confronted with these facts, no apology was offered.
2. The Truth About Tracy Carrington
Tracy Carrington is a main member of MRI-SG. Carrington is not an MRI Construction client. Her anonymous name is topcat1961, a reference to her TC initials and the year of her birth.
She has posted all over the internet on forums that relate to MRI Construction Developments. She poses as an owner, lying about rentals, furniture, VAT, etc, pretending to be a concerned client calling furniture companies, management companies, government agencies, etc.
Often, she attempts to make contact with people on Facebook who are friends of friends, and nothing to do with MRI Construction. She is in essence a cyber-stalker.
Carrington has misled everybody on these forums – she is a con-merchant who has a vendetta and has recently been exposed for what she is, a liar and a fraud. We have reviewed her postings on other forums where she is an owner and it seems she will be happy to complete on her (non MRI) apartment in Bansko if she feels the value of her apartment is more than she paid for it. She also recommends a mortgage broker who appears to have gone out of business in Bulgaria. No commission for you there Tracy!
Carrington should concern herself with her own development and stop interfering in ours. We have lots more to divulge on Carrington and her partner, which we will reveal in the coming weeks.
3. The Truth about Carole Timewell
Timewell is also not an MRI Construction client. She is in cahoots with Carrington. Her anonymous names include Izzy and Janet from Wigan amongst others. She has posted complaints all over the internet using different names.
What’s strange about this MRI-SG member is that in one of her postings on the internet she describes her own (non-MRI) apartment in Bulgaria as being beautiful, and that she is very impressed with the standard and the complex in general. According to her, the developer has done a really good job.
Yet this woman has posted hundreds of lies under anonymous names with the sole intention of destroying the reputation of MRI Construction, a company with whom she has NEVER had any dealings. One of her ‘friends’ in the MRI-SG group spoke to us and revealed her true identity and intentions. Having reviewed all of her postings, we believe many of her lying comments could be regarded as criminal. We are sure others are already looking at that matter.
Timewell is a liar and a fraud who hides behind anonymous names to damage the reputation of our developers without any thought as to the consequences for us as owners in these developments.

4. Mayo Tom
His real name is Thomas Jennings. He never worked for MRI Construction, in fact he sells timeshare in Dubai. For a short period he worked for a sister company of MRI but was fired for use of so-called ‘recreational product’. Jennings has tried to blackmail MRI by threatening all manner of things. He contacted MRI and offered to go undercover on the MRI-SG site and provide information on members - if he was paid a sum of money. We believe his offer was declined.
A shameless rogue.
5. Leon McAvoy
McAvoy also never worked for MRI Construction. He is a small time hustler who runs a Real Estate company called Calabria Invest in the south of Italy (say no more!). He fancies himself as a Mafia-type, and he joined MRI-SG to solicit clients and con them out of their money. He posts lies about police investigations that are fictitious and a figment of his own imagination. He consistently posts his telephone number in an attempt to attract and then snare clients. We understand he maybe under investigation for making false claims in Italy, and also for Federal mail offences in the USA.

6. Aspen Refund
These criminal members of MRI-SG are working with a lawyer in Bulgaria. They have one simple objective; to take peoples money and to destroy our developments by telling people not to complete on their purchase. By their fraudulent actions, people are losing their money and their apartments. They are under investigation for fraud by the authorities in Bulgaria. We will reveal their true names after they are charged. They are also the subjects of civil legal proceedings by one of the biggest banks in Bulgaria.
We are sure the operators of MRI-SG, Carrington, Eaton, etc., will gladly compensate anybody who loses their money by taking the advice of this criminal gang.
7. Sunlink Furniture
This company is advertised on the front page of the MRI-SG site. The company itself is run by a convicted felon in the United States, named Vincent Reavis. He was convicted of drug offences, firearm offences, etc., and has been arrested in Bulgaria last year for threatening people with a gun. All these facts are verifiable by checking the criminal registers on the internet.

Future Revelations
In the next installment, we will reveal Neil Eaton’s story and publish many of his letters that demonstrate the true reason why he is trying to damage our developments. Plus we will describe his ‘off-the-record’ opinion of Carrington, and also of founding MRI-SG member Pamela East who now wants to distance herself from the MRI-SG group. Pamela (Ella) claims to be disgusted at the behaviors of some MRI-SG members, so much so she started her own site. Well, we have the true facts of Pamela East and will reveal them.
We will divulge lots more true stories on members of this group. We have all their names and the anonymous postings they made. We have even been forwarded minutes of their meetings from earlier this year where they describe the full extent of their real plans, and the charade they hide behind.
We are incensed by the MRI-SG’s cynical attempt to damage our hard-earned investments, and we are determined to expose them all until such time as they leave our properties and us alone.
